If you are a new or current primary care patient, please call the administrative office at 636-332-6000 from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday or if it is an emergency, please call 911.

BHR is a professionally staffed, technologically sophisticated, accredited clinical call center providing confidential telephone counseling to people in mental health crises as well as mobile outreach services, community referral services and critical incident stress management (CISM).
